About Me

I trained and qualified as an Advanced Driving Instructor and it has always been my intention to instruct my students to drive safely, learn a valuable life skill, as well as passing the Driving Test in a patient and friendly manner.

Throughout my previous career as a Royal Marine Commando I was drawn to and involved in the training and development of others. This combined with my keen interest in driving inspired me to develop my abilities, and to become a successful Driving Instructor.

My outlook in the development and training of students is simple, I aim to provide effective training and encouragement and use my successful coaching skills to bring the best out in each student.

It is important to me to make each lesson as productive as possible, reviewing the students understanding and providing feedback at the end of each session. I always adapt the training to the specific needs of each individual so that the student develops at a comfortable rate.

Working with me you will find I am reliable, flexible and approachable. I will be honest and give positive feedback to encourage the student to develop to their full potential, and become a safe and alert driver for life.
